That's why our highly trained service technicians will visit your site regularly to perform diagnostic tests, preventative maintenance work and leave your system in tip-top condition.

We have 15 highly trained sevice technicians spread throughout the South West, all of whom carry laptops for maintenance purposes. All Concorde technicians receive a minimum of 20 days training in each year to ensure they are capable of providing the highest level of service. Regular assessments are undertaken through feed-back from our clients. In an emergency, you can be assured that wherever you are within the West Country, one of our technicians will be with you very quickly, as our response to a service call averages less than four working hours.
